Born from lived experience
Ridgeline Care Network was born out of lived experience. As someone who is neurodivergent myself and has navigated the healthcare system as a patient, I know firsthand how overwhelming, confusing, and isolating it can feel to face complex medical systems alone. I started Ridgeline because I couldn’t find the kind of support I needed: someone who could sit with me, use plain language, and help me figure things out. My own journey through diagnosis, benefits navigation, and system barriers shapes every interaction I have with clients. I understand these challenges not only professionally, but personally.
Principles that guide our care
Every person who comes to Ridgeline deserves to be heard, respected, and understood exactly as they are. We lead with dignity — never rushing, never talking down, and never assuming we know better than the person living the experience. We communicate in plain language because jargon is a barrier, not a feature. We meet people where they are — financially, emotionally, and logistically — which is why we offer sliding scale fees and virtual services. We believe that practical help and spiritual care are not separate things, and we offer both without judgment. And we believe consistency matters — at Ridgeline you always work directly with Chad, one person who knows your story and shows up for you every time.
Why Ridgeline is different
Most care coordination services are tied to large agencies, insurance systems, or Medicaid contracts, which can limit flexibility and continuity. Ridgeline is independent, which allows us to focus directly on the needs of the people we serve. We combine care coordination, case management, and pastoral care in one practice. Ridgeline is led by someone who is neurodivergent, ordained, and shaped by lived experience navigating these systems as a patient. We offer sliding-scale fees and fully virtual services so that geography, income, and logistics create fewer barriers to support.
